By creating an account or using the Credelit platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Services Provided

Credelit is a cloud‑based SaaS platform designed to support construction finance workflows for lenders and real estate developers. The platform facilitates loan applications, drawdown management, project tracking, document management, and related administrative processes.

Credelit does not provide financial, legal, or credit advice and does not make lending decisions on behalf of lenders.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and account access

• Use the platform only for lawful and authorised purposes

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content

Users remain responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology are the property of Credelit or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Data Ownership & Use

Users retain ownership of all business data, documents, and information uploaded to Credelit.

Credelit processes and stores this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. Fees, Billing & Plans

• Credelit may offer free or trial plans with limited functionality

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as agreed at subscription

• Fees are non‑refundable except where required by applicable law

Credelit reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credelit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Credelit does not guarantee funding outcomes, loan approvals, or financial performance.

8. Suspension & Termination

Credelit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses a security or compliance risk.

Users may terminate their account in accordance with their subscription terms.
